How i price my art - the artstyle - Multiplier 2/2

I like to use all sorts of brushes and styles. I encourage you to browse my gallery and sns and pick out something you like if you want me to draw in a specific way. Styles and brush combinations used influence the amount of time taken for each piece which may reflect in the price. If not listed, a regular complexity will be used. Bellow examples are not the limit of what i can do.

Simplified, toony, quick - 0.5x

Regular complexity - 1x

Highly detailed - 1.5x

Terms of service

By commissioning, you automatically agree to my terms of service.

1. General

  1. I have the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason.

  2. Prices are subject to change. Clients will not be billed the difference.

  3. You must be over 18 years of age to order anything over 20 euros.

  4. I have the right to repurpose cancelled or scrapped art.

  5. Discounts do not add up and you are responsible to notify the artist about which discounts apply.

  6. Adoptables are sold in "as is" condition.

  7. Listed prices are the base prices. (as in: a simple character in a regular complexity artstyle lined, colored and shaded.)

  8. Customer understands that if traditional art is colored digitally, no physical prints of colored in art will be sent.

2. Payment

  1. Through paypal +processing fee.

  2. Through bank transfer. (only in LT)

  3. Full payment after approved sketch within 7 days of sketch submission.

  4. I'll lower the prices if you lower your expectations. Negotiations are acceptable.

3. Process & delivery

  1. You contact me via [email protected] so I can log the order (and if more communication is required- bluesky or tumblr dm referencing said email).

  2. Please leave a detailed description of the image you would like (eng/lt). This must include: commission type, characters (ref. or descrip.), payment info, if traditional- destination info: full name, address, phone. You may copy this template.

  3. You wait until i reach you in the queue.

  4. I provide sketch(es). During this part any edits can be made. When the sketch deoesnt need further tweaks i inform what their final prices would be. Sketch is approved (see part 2.3) and order number is issued or commission is abandoned.

  5. I give a time estimation and begin working in that time frame. (updates can be provided upon request, small changes can be made if applicable)

  6. Files of finished digital pieces are sent via Email / WeTransfer. No physical media of digital art will be sent.

  7. Traditional art can be sent over physical mail, provide destination info when commissioning. Files of scanned pieces are sent via Email / WeTransfer. I am limited to the options that are local to me.

4. Refund Policy

  1. You may cancel a commission and ask for a refund at any time.

  2. If work has begun on the commission, I will refund 90% - 10% depending on progress made.

  3. 100% refund issued if:
    1.  I have to cancel the commission before completion due to personal reasons.
    2.  No work has begun when request for the refund was made.

  4. 0% refund if commission is completed.

  5. For commissions cancelled because of rude/ inappropriate behaviour or poor communication see part 4.2 and 4.3.

  6. I do not cover processing fees in any case.

5. PUBLISHING

  1. Completed client artwork may be utilized for my own advertising and self promotion purposes.

  2. Clients may request to have their commission be private. This must be noted before work has been paid for. Private commissions will not be utilized for advertising, nor will they appear in my social media.

  3. The client may publish their purchased artwork to their own social media and art galleries with credit where it is due.

6. commercial use

  1. Clients must obtain permission from me prior to distributing or utilizing artwork for commercial use purposes.

  2. Clients may be charged a one-time fee of 10% - 60% of original cost or a royalty rate (I want 7% gross o.o). (fees exclusive to original client of artwork)

7. Working hours

I work on commissions sat-sun - 10am-6pm (EET) and whenever i have extra time.

8. Updates

  1. New information (new additions of "pseudo" date) added to the website will be marked with "|" .

  2. New rules or items marked after a pseudo date are just as valid as any other rule or item added before a pseudo date.

  3. Removed items:

  • Animations

  • A3 size traditional
