Prices are subject to change. Clients will not be billed the difference if the cost of an item changes during a project's duration.

You must be over 18 years of age to order anything over 20 euros.

I have the right to repurpose canceled or scrapped art.

Full payment after approved sketch within 7 days of sketch submission.

You contact me via [email protected] or if more communication is required- ren_alt_c through discord.

Please leave a detailed description of the image you would like (eng/lt). This must include: commission type, characters (ref. or descrip.), payment info, if traditional- destination info: full name, adress, phone.

I provide sketch(es) and what their final prices would be. During this part any edits can be made. Sketch is approved (see part 2.4) and order number is issued or commission is abandoned.

I give a time estimation and begin working in that time frame. (updates can be provided upon request, small changes can be made if applicable)

Files of finished digital pieces are sent via Email / WeTrasfer / Discord DM. No physical media of digital art will be sent.

Traditional art will be sent over physical mail, provide destination info when commissioning. Files of scanned pieces are sent via Email / WeTrasfer / Discord DM.

You may cancel a commission and ask for a refund at any time.

If work has begun on the commission, I will refund 90% - 10% depending on progress made.

100% refund issued if 1. I have to cancel the commission before completion due to personal reasons. 2. No work has begun when request for the refund was made.

0% refund if commission is completed.

For commissions cancelled because of rude/ inappropriate behaviour or poor communication see part 4.2.

I do not cover transactional fees in any case.

Completed client artwork may be utilized for my own advertising and self promotion purposes.

Clients may request to have their commission be private. This must be noted before work has been paid for. Private commissions will not be utilized for advertising, nor will they appear in my social media.

The client may publish their purchased artwork to their own social media and online art galleries with credit where it is due.

Clients must obtain permission from me prior to distributing or utilizing artwork for commercial use purposes.

Clients may be charged a one-time fee of 10% - 60% of original cost or a royalty rate (I want 7% gross o.o). (fees exclusive to original client of artwork)
